There are some smart people who care about clients and the work they do. The open work space is fun if you like that sort of thing.
Cons
Genuine has an alpha executive leadership with a select few employee favorites. Although executives say they are confident in their decision-making and way of doing business, very few clients seem satisfied or make it beyond year one or one or two projects when all is said and done. These business problems stem from a culture defined by poor top down communication and politics. The leadership/responsible party lacks the ability to grow talent and communicate a clear vision for how they will work to get you there. Also, it's a mixed bag of employees and managers, too. The hiring process is led by personality fit and not finding great talent that you are willing to pay for fairly, which leads to more junior and less engaged employees.
