- Good work culture; team members are willing to help each other and want each other to succeed - A lot of learning opportunities - Work from home 3 days a week - Many employee benefits including health insurance - Many social events throughout the year

If you want to be the intersection of transportation and digital transformation, and have an actual solution which isn't vapor ware to support, this is a great company. Team has been working together for a long time, and they are super knowledgeable and eager to help you in role.

Cons

Some of their back office processes could use some sharpening up - to be expected for a small company, and they are working on them actively.
