No career growth , high turnover rate - Warehouse Gentle Supreme Employee Review

I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years and honestly, it’s been a good place to grow. The new leadership has brought alot of improvements and more structure to how things are run. HR has been quite approachable whenever I needed clarification or support — they may be firm at times, but that’s because they handle things fairly for everyone.

Not at the moment, as I still had a lot of things to learn.

Used to be harmony among colleagues, but changed after leadership changed in 2025

Working environment is political and toxic. Bad leadership. HR is being calculative, not helpful, almost non existence to employees.
