Disingenuous Management - Anonymous employee Gentis Solutions Employee Review

Gentis is a Veteran-owned startup. After coming from a large staffing firm I was shocked at the difference in culture and day to day activities. They offer you full trust to find and develop new accounts with almost no red tape on territories. They are constantly looking for new ways innovate on what they offer. If you can find the opportunity they will do everything they can to make it work even if they've never tried it before. Leadership also very open to feedback and new ideas.

Gentis is still in a development phase (as most startups are) so if you are not comfortable with a less structured environment, or need a lot of direction it might not be the best fit.

Salary was great. people were great.

Benefits were sub-standard. Hours changed consistently. Very little training.
