      Pros

      -Lunch Program that's about it. Everything else is either comparable or worse to other companies.

      Cons

      -No accountability -a lot of favourites (you don't have to be good at your job so long as you're buddy buddy with someone higher up) -Gentherm doesn't care about their employees -Everyone looks miserable at their desk -Company does nothing to boost morale not even a team building exercise -no training. You are thrown into the fire. -compensation is low.

      Small work environment, where people really care and invest in their interns and employees. Great culture and work environment

      Cons

      Research and R&D are not in the same building, and tends to make cross-function communication difficult, but not impossible

      Pros

      Good work life balance and company is trying to get out of being only automotive.

      Cons

      C-suite hostility towards remote work as part of plan to seemingly drive resignations. Rumors of return to office 5 full days a week. Stay away unless you are okay with that.
