Employees are treated like servants, not professionals. CEO expects you to be in office from morning to midnight and run behind him everytime everywhere pleasing him, then you have good future here. The management has zero real-world knowledge and no exposure outside. Company build on lies and they expect those who hear it are fools. CEO come in Mercedes, Volvos, and BMWs every day, but their attitude towards others is disgusting — no humanity, no respect. Talented people from R&D, Sales, Quality are continiously leaving. CEO shouts every day at managers, seniors, even at the STPI security staff. There is no professionalism, no decency, and definitely no future here. If you value your self-respect and peace of mind, never join this company. You will only regret it.
