      No raises, even for long time employees. Techs will get a raise if they try to quit. New job responsibilities keep getting added to you without compensation

      Pros

      Work life balance, love working a smaller company since they care about you and not count you as a number.

      Cons

      Equipment, load banks, cables . Been discussing this concern every single meeting. Safety is the most priority. Hopefully they gonna address this issue sooner
