There are no raises, despite promises made. Upper management is rarely present or engaged in the business. Promises of raises and the restoration of benefits, made years ago, have proven to be empty, with no action taken to fulfill them. Upper management is cheap, and the investors behind the company are solely focused on their own profits, showing little regard for employees or their well-being.
