Pros
You can listen to music/audiobooks. Management in my department is very helpful and a team player.
Cons
No raises. You can not move up or better yourself at this company. If you want a career, Genova is not it. It is a short term job you train 6 months to do. You have no set schedule, so you can't get a second job or make plans. If weather is bad expect to come in on your days off. You have to check everyday if you are coming to work on time due to dependence on Fedex.
