Home office is in Texas so all communications are through phone calls, emails and texts. Very easy job. Little to no stress from upper management. Management is very helpful and caring

Communication issue with management. Not everything is ran down the flag pole. Sometimes things are changed without noticed. Hard to get shifts covered. No raises or salary increase.

Worked remote so I didn’t have to deal the toxic upper management as much as others

Leadership is incredibly toxic and incompetent. It’s unfortunate because the lab seem to have a lot of potential.
