GenomeDx recently went through a number of tough challenges but is now emerging and is such a great place to come to work if you are looking for a career opportunity. The new CEO and management team are fantastic, roll-their-sleeves-up type of leaders, and the vision they have set to transform the management of cancer is very compelling. Great science, and even greater products.

Working at GenomeDx is not easy or stable. It is very fast-paced, dynamic, and you have to be able to embrace the mission.

-Good Health benefit. - The CSO/Founder is cool and down to earth. Him and his test might be the only good thing about this company

The management is clueless. There is no potential for growth here. People that actually do the work does not get rewarded. Too much politics and suck-up stay on your management side. Keep in mind this does not equate to promotion or a raise.
