      Great place, great people, bad HR Operations - Manager Genmab Employee Review

      Pros

      Proximity with C-levels and senior leaders. A lot of inspiring folks. Multicultural. Great team spirit. Nice facilities in NL (lunch, happy hour, nice buildings). The CEO itself is super friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      Local HR in NL is slow and people are not the nicest. They are not flexible at all and it takes ages to take an action over a simple request. This include comp and benefit, recruitment and senior HR leaders. Sometimes they forgot that they are in a multicultural company as well.
