Good team, most of whom have probably left now though as they were all hoping to leave at the time of me leaving.
Cons
No decent benefits, your job is constantly on the line - could be flavour of the week one week, then the next there would be talks to exit you from the business. MD got too involved and always wanted to have a different opinion to the room.
