Job review - Campaign Manager Genius Monkey Employee Review

The people who work at Genius Monkey are great! My team and manager are great to work with. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The culture is great, I feel like I'm part of a family. I know that I am valued. Because it's a smaller company, we have the opportunity to have more variability in our roles and the opportunity to work with lots of different people on different teams. The company is growing fast and seeing great success though. It's fun to be part of it!

Benefits are adequate, but would be nice if they were improved.

- Management is extremely stubborn - They overpromise and underdeliver - Not a lot of room to grow - Terrible training and overall product understanding - Starter job and not a career advancement move
