Pros
I've been at Genius Minds for a while now , and every single person I've met and/or worked with has been smart, kind, driven and collaborative. That has not been the case at previous companies I've worked. It's also clear the leadership team values employee input and actively works to address the feedback. The people and organization are always looking after you.
Cons
No company is perfect, nor is every company the right fit for every employee. That said, I'd have to dig pretty deep to come up with something I feel strongly enough about to post anonymously on a website like this. I've read some of the negative reviews, and while those individuals are entitled to their experience, I definitely do not feel they reflect the culture at large. This is a wonderful organization filled with people who always willing to help you.
