Pros
I have been working here for a little over 2 months. I have enjoyed a pleasant work environment filled with positive and happy people. I always feel like I can ask questions if I am confused. I have learned a lot about cryptocurrency as well as how to deal with people smoothly and effectively. I have grown so much as a person because of the situations I have experienced on the job. I am so much stronger mentally, socially, and emotionally because of lessons I learned here.
Cons
Part of what I love about working here is that I am working for a small business rather than some large corporation. But because this company is more of a small start-up, it can be hard to get coverage for shifts when I have needed time off or even know who to ask about proper procedures for asking for time off. Overall this is a small price to pay for the satisfaction I get from being able to communicate directly with the CEO and have many of my co-workers treat me like a person doing a job rather than a robot that completes tasks.
