Hostile work environment created by RM for many . I was threatened day one “never go above me”! When I reported her abuse to HR, she retaliated. HR did not seem to care, all insiders , small good old boys club that allowed the mis-treatment and termination of anyone that speaks up. Several people have come to me with the same treatment and have been terminated after many many years of employment because of one person. Luckily I didn’t waste years ! Zero work life balance because of dinosaur systems. I ate at my desk daily because I was a branch manager, teller & banker. The worst incentive plan in the industry. All business decisions are made based upon who you are ….not education, experience or know how. Not a good healthy work environment on so many levels. Sadly I really liked the CEO but she has blinders on as well.

Vacation time but only have 15 years and holidays off

Management is clueless. Super unorganized branch, no leadership. Being open until 5:30 when competitors close earlier. Extremely underpaid for having to do everything from opening trust accounts, business accounts, processing all loans, including home equity loans. So much change it's hard to keep up with. And let's not forget about the endless phones that never stopped ringing. Genisys wants to act like they're a big bank but doesn't even have a good phone system. The branches act like the contact center, which is unacceptable. And don't let them fool you when they say that they are "needs based selling." It is the complete opposite! You are required to hit monthly goals and given a call list which requires you to cold call members. This company also never acknowledges days like September 11th, but will be sure to send you DEI emails each month claiming it's DEI month awareness. You can tell that upper management definitely has a certain political view, which needs to stay out of the workplace.
