Traffic has gotten so bad in OC that it takes me longer to get to work, but its worth it at the end of the day!

l was a consultant for Genie Scientific for 3 years and I can’t say enough good things about the company itself, and the people. Everyone was so helpful, kind, smart, professional, and it genuinely felt like the company was one big family. Needless to say, this kind of atmosphere is hard to find, so I really appreciated it! Management style is you are accountable for your work load. No micromanaging ,everyone here works hard because they care about the company. You won’t meet a group of people that are more invested in a company than you’ll find at Genie. While working here, I always felt that everyone was treated with respect and dignity; never once did I feel that I was being treated unfairly. The company’s culture is laid back, and causal. No suits and ties here! Your encouraged to wear casual work-appropriate attire to the office. The office itself is very nice and in a good location. I highly recommend working professionals to apply to this company, I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I honestly loved working here, and don't have any cons.
