Management has unrealistic expectations that's weight falls on the laborers, constantly over scheduling the daily work load to save the company money by avoiding extra work days. Team leads are a joke and lead by "do what I say" mentality. Expect to work 11 hour days. To this Company you have no life after work and they are more concerned about quota. After working here for 5 years this place has gone far downhill and is the very demise of an American manufacturing company. Minimal chance of advancement after years of hard work and dedication. The staffing agency that hires preaches many promises of advancement and pay raise that WILL fall short after you get in. Genie is a prime example of what drive workers to form unions for some fairness.
