      Pros

      Nice people to work with until they quit before you. Very high turnover.

      Cons

      Horrible, horrible hours. You are working more than even a retail job. The hours are so crazy that you will have ZERO personal time. Even on your day off (yes, one day), you may need to come in for a car delivery or loose half the commission. You work bell to bell from 9-8 frequently, and 9-6 others. Only an occasional Sunday off. No time to even mow your lawn during the week!

      Pros

      You feel like this auto group knows what they are doing. They believe in right person/right seat culture. They let their GMs manage and trust their sales managers to manage their sales people. The meetings they have may be a lot but worth every second. Again that’s all when you start!

      Cons

      Within a few weeks you realize all the pros you just listed here are all B.S.! There are many more cons too but just way to many to list.
