the are no pros to working with this company. the only thing you get is disrespect and discrimination. and illogical demands.

ungrateful, inconsiderate, long working hours, HR should work for the welfare of the employees instead they work for the manager, if there is an issue they don't do any discussion no investigation nothing you'll receive a memo not even a warning mail, all because a manager insisted. and the manager acts so friendly to your face but that was all BS. this is the beauty of this company.

1. Ethical company 2. Your opinions/suggestions are not unheard.And it is implemented if it is a good one. 3. You have the chance to grow along with the company. If you prove your worth, company never disown you. 4. The company is investing in IT /automization,etc.

Slow salary growth. No/ Less Incentives No programs to boost the employee performance. Late salary cycle.
