Trying to fool you - Sales Geneva Watch Group Employee Review

The last 2 reviews have to be have done my management to try to counter the negative ones before them, especially since they were done the day after and 2 days after. It is very sad theft a company with great potential has continuously had bad management. It makes it a difficult place for good people to thrive and make things work. If there is a plan, as the last two reviews suggest, then why don't they communicate that to the team? Two great salespeople were just let go, and sales is not overhead, so what is going on? We don't know and things are falling apart. Not a good place to try to build a career, I'm afraid.
