      They offer you free parking downtown.

      Cons

      Upper Management micro-manages all aspects of the business, making middle management useless. There are no banquets this year and no business in the restaurant and upper management refuses to do anything about it or let mid level management implement new ideas. Pay is far less than surrounding businesses and the poor workplace culture adds too much stress.

      co-workers, customers, liked overall vibe of the place. i think the place would be pleasant work at with the right management although it didnt get enough business to be that sustainable as a bartender job

      management turnover constantly changed through out the 2 years of me being there, and each round of that was nightmare, consistently toxic and never knew what they were doing. poorly prepared for events. business was dead too much of the time, ghostly
