      Pros

      Business is growing, subsidized employee cafe is incredible, physical work environment is good, Christmas event is impressive. CEO is great.

      Cons

      Salary is not great. Benefits are on the low end despite the company's success. Difficult/impossible to move into a different department. Company is like a cult - have to appear happy and not question anything.
