      Pros

      Amazing people, good technologies, lots of perks before covid : Bistro, onsite GYM, 5à7 every Thursday, Insane Christmas party, Bonus is ok.

      Cons

      Salaries are VERY low, no room for growth. Extremely slow to hire when someone leaves (and a lot of people have left the company recently) making the load of work more and more heavy. Offices in the West island (technopark , Saint-Laurent)very bad public transportation, you will love it if you live in the area, otherwise get ready to spend sometime polluting the planet stuck in traffic.

      Re-orgs have affected team unity but leadership vision is all about culture, transformation and growth.
