      Biggest pro is people and culture. Genetec likes to organize pretty cool events and parties for employees. Work itself is interesting, sometimes quite chaotic but also allow for personal development.

      Cons

      Strict RTO and lack of possiblity for copyright tax deduction.

Top culture in our industry, and direct line to leadership on marquee deals. CEO and founder who is still highly invovled. Supporting leadership cast that are highly engaged.

      Re-orgs have affected team unity but leadership vision is all about culture, transformation and growth.
