      Pros

      Good option for career changers wanting to be in IT or software. Good placement rate.

      Cons

      Low pay (even with the paid training), well below market rate or what I would consider fair. Training for the data side could be improved and more focused on jobs that candidates will actually be placed into (this would require more coordination with partner(s)/clients) Binding contract for 2 years is unreasonable when considering the amount they make off of you in one. In addition the training charge is not prorated based off of years of service (I.e, if you quite after 2 months or 2 years, you will still owe 20,000 usd)

      Highlight Measurable Achievements: Quantify your success whenever possible. Instead of saying, "I helped with the project," say, "I successfully am learning projects and resulted in a specific positive outcome! Show Initiative and Problem-Solving: Describe a time you proactively identified a problem and developed a solution. For example, "I streamlined the data entry process by implementing that we are learning right now from JIRA, RISK and other methods, which goal is to reduce errors and increase productivity. Demonstrate Team Collaboration: Mention how you helped others or contributed to the team's success. Connect to Company Goals: Link your work directly to the company's broader objectives, and get to know the company goals, and always be ready to grow in any capacity taught. Been here less than a year, but planning on only growth, and hope for conversion in the future with BOA.

      Continue to have an interest in learning and development in each department and assignment given. .
