The CONS to working at Genesis Today include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) Mental stress of working with those that never trust you but still expect you to work miracles daily 2) Physical stress of working strenuous, long hours that are not appreciated and always expected of salaried employees (No work-life balance) 3) Executives that breed a culture of fear and hostility into employees to feed their egos and '"motivate" employees 4) HR Department that does not look out for the safety, health, or personal benefit of the employees, rather is there to protect the CEO only 5) IT Department that's sole function is to monitor the entirety of your professional and personal/private activities (Ghostwriter Software is installed on company devices) 6) No 401k, poor benefits, and minimal vacation or sick days 7) Executives scolding, belittling, and humiliating employees in meetings in front of their peers 8) Violation of personal privacy through invasion of personal email, personal cell phone messages and verbal conversations, hidden video cameras and listening devices, and others (ever feel like you are being followed?...you will be if you work here) 9) The most unprofessional work environment I have even seen in my entire career (cursing down the hallways at employees, blurting out personal information about former employees in company meetings, etc.)
