Team oriented company who really cares about its employees. The work done there is very important to the workers compensation system.

All work is very deadlined and detailed oriented which makes for a very fast paced environment which can be overwhelming at times.

The only pro is that you would work less than 40 hrs a week.

Poor upper management. Everyone at the corporate office is related somehow to the CEO and COO and it's hard to tell a department head they are dropping the ball without having the fear of a backlash. You're required to drive to multiple locations using your personal vehicle and the amount they pay you for mileage doesn't cover the gasoline used and you put A LOt of miles in your vehicle. No medical insurance is offered. No PTO till you're there a year. They require you to be on call pretty much 24/7 High turnover rate for small company. Poor scheduling department. The technicians are the pawns of th company.
