Pros
Great product and strong vision for the future of the product. There've been a lot of changes, but the core has stayed the same: focus on data, data, data to drive value. Can't doc the company for trying new things and when failing, deprecating quickly.
Also, great opportunity to grow into a leadership role. Seen lots of my peers end up managing multiple people and departments probably years ahead of where they would be otherwise. Management puts a ton of faith in its employees to execute and does not micromanage -- who has the time? People who excel do eventually get rewarded.
Cons
Had a lot to put here a few months ago as there were some VPs & higher- level employees who were not adding value, but the recent reorganization of management has been very positive. It took a little to long to implement in my opinion, so management could have moved faster. Hire carefully and fire quickly please. Employees who do nothing, especially with titles, bring the whole bar lower. There's one in particular who's extended absences actually make me care less about being in on time.
