      I work for Genesis Healthcare because I truly believe in our Mission. We improve the lives we touch.. through the delivery of high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion. I honestly believe our company and our teams will always do the right thing for our patients and our staff, that is why I have stayed with Genesis for over 18 years.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
