      Career advancement, leadership development opportunities, promotion from within. With over 400 locations nationwide the ability to grow and develop within Genesis is always available in just about every corner of the country.

      A few less conference calls would be nice.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
