Pros
I'm surprised to see that the rating is below 4.0. I can only speak for the department I work in, but it's probably the best workplace I've been in so far. I've been working here for over two years without plans to leave any time soon. - Fully remote - Lovely team and supervisors - Friendly management - Always feeling welcomed to reach out and communicate with other departments as needed - A good level of autonomy and decision making once you gather enough experience, which contributes a lot fo work satisfaction. - Good pay and benefits relative to where I live - Reasonable work expectations and work volume - Regular check-ins with executives (the good kind) - Overall I just feel respected and treated well, which is a breath of fresh air

- There's not too much clarity in terms of positions one can promote to after gathering enough experience and mastering the current position, at least in my department.
