      You work, you get rewarded. You do your job, you get noticed. Pretty great dev department.

      Cons

      A few issues with some of the people taking care of the clients. Or "customer experience". Some have too much decision making power and it runs the dev team into focusing on the wrong stuff.

      Absolutely none that I experienced.

      Cons

      A joke of a company that promotes completely clueless people who drive the business into the ground. The nightmare is real. Run!
