      I recently started here and the environment is very friendly and welcoming. Everyone greets you with a smile and treats you like how you would want to be treated in the work place. I look forward to coming to work.

      - Culture is very important to the bank, which is very apparent with all the events that our committees organize - The bank truly invests in its people, both professionally and personally - Employees are recognized for their contributions and given opportunities to grow - People-focused culture with supportive leadership

      The culture here at GRB is unlike any other company I have been a part of. Everyone is so supportive and truly care about their work. I hope to be a part of this team/culture for a long time!
