It's a great place to grow professionally, there are plenty of training within the agency to learn about the different departments. Although remote, there are teams-days, happy hours, and agency-wide gatherings which is refreshing. The people are great everyone is friendly and welcoming, and with the agency being on the smaller side, everyone knows everyone.
