Pros
Residents are great. Pay is good. A handful of competent and compassionate nurses and aides.
Cons
Unsafe nurse/resident ratio as well as aide/resident ratio. Administration/Management is not helpful or supportive of staff. Basic supplies, like washcloths are not available on a daily basis. There are some bitter & honestly lazy aides who are not let go because this company needs employees so bad. State is in the building frequently. Staff in general feel unsupportive, which puts a negative vibe in building.
