Pros

The organization use to be my dream place to work at, the use to have great working environment, staff who use to be committed but everything changed since late 2018

Cons

Since late 2018 as the organization recruited some new senior management staff, the environment started to be very toxic, not healthy to work at, they are ready to let people go with no notice
