Pros
I mean I don't think I need to say much about it. An an organisation, we are doing well! Globally and in Jordan, we are present and will continue to do so in better ways I think.
Cons
The only good think about working here is having a supportive international CEO who is awesome. But the managing system is ridiculous and we get individuals coming in in parachute like the President and other managers. I was never able to express the way I feel about the day-to-day management, and now I feel I can go on forever. Working hours are long, but that's normal anywhere. I agree with was said about hiring here. It is an unfair, unstructured, and lacks transparency. I had a friend who I recommended, and he/she was eventually hired. The online ad. was just procedural with little to no actual meaning (other than wasting peoples' times filling +10 pages) I wish if we get paid more, at least similar to some internationals. No wonder many talents left
