      Pros

      Flexible WFH environment and mission-driven. Annual retreats were mostly fun.

      Cons

      Senior and mid-level management were ineffective leaders, gossipy, and had favorites. Senior Leaders had calendars booked for 100s of meetings and there were no rela opportunities for advancement because they wouldn't include others on think tank teams.

      The team I worked with was always kind and understanding while also getting the job done. I definitely loved working with them.

      Having a team all over the world can cause some weird meeting times.
