Pros
It's one of the best places to start your career or work as a junior developer, because the difficulty level of the work needed is low and you will get many mini tasks to start getting experience. Great training. Easy and quick interview process. Decent salary for that level of experience. Relatively good working environment. The senior developer who's also the team leader, is a good mentor and handles the big tasks and the architecture of the projects.
Cons
No growth potential. Salary raises start getting more rare as time passes and after some time you hit a limit and you have to ask for raises you hardly get. Small team and mainly work from home, so it's hard to socialize and not much team communication. Poor meeting planning and unannounced calls. Sometimes hard to find help since the team leader is an one-man-army and is really busy.
