Very weak culture - Developer Generated Health Employee Review

Great salary, wonderful staff, wonderful patients, good medical insurance. Great training, amazing PTO packages

Could use better communication, better use of funding, more transparency would be appreciated.

Had a great vision and gave patients the best care.

There was no stability. Company was not doing well and furloughed once with no warning, then turned around 3 weeks later and let most of us go due to “financial hardships”.
