1. More work added, salary for same level is different for everyone. Contract earns more than permenant staff happened in my team 2. Senior management consist of old people, need to stop hire/continue contract for people who were supposed to retire and those who leave the company. Give chances for youngstres in order for company to move forward and make changes. There are reason old people need to retire at certain age
