      Pros

      Management is caring, coworkers are fun and helpful! Good start into the design world, straight out of college Work with up-to-date programs No pressure; just work at your pace to meet daily deadlines.

      Cons

      Can't grow beyond becoming a supervisor. Same project ideas every week. No hands-on experience. In front of a computer screen all day. Pay and raise is not that great

      Pros

      Money is ok nowhere near good but it’s decent

      Cons

      This is a revolving door and you are not going to be permanent here unless you are always holding 100% productivity trust I got fired for holding a 98% productivity and I only worked here for a month and bam I got terminated this is a good spot to learn but don’t let them discourage you there is Better companies out there and this company isn’t even close to being a top 10 company
