management is down to earth

There are no pros. It's a terrible company.

No loyalty, no respect from management. They verbally abuse you and ostracize you. They treat us like jailbirds. They are constantly watching us thinking we are going to steal from them. Supervisors randomly show up unexpectedly and interrupt our jobs, to see if you are wearing the correct footwear, booties (they cover your shoes so you get no dirt in the customer's house), and nametags. They constantly harass us with the company truck GPS tracking system. They look for any reason to write you up and get suspended. Claim they give commision and takes weeks to get paid, thinking you'll forget. I haven't had a raise in 3 years. This company's attitude is "you're lucky to have a job." Give out overtime one day, then the next day sends you home early. No room for growth. Too many bosses, management always blames techs instead of themselves. This company TRIES to act professional but is far from that. Most of my coworkers are disgruntled for all of these reasons. They also underpay their employees and overwork them. If you're looking for an alarm tech job, look somewhere else, trust me you're better off.
