The company has a great potential to be a force in the weights & balance market. The people I worked with were great and could be team players if they saw the benefits.
Cons
Ownership is focus on capital gain, and how full is their bank account, they have no future view for the company, they want to keep doing the same thing they have done for years, no organization, not willing to invest for improvement and R&D, They bring people into key positions that have no experience in aerospace or weights & balance.
