Absolutely disgusting disconnect between management and workers. Management sees a need to get more people for delayed programs, and simply hires as many bodies as they can.
No value on their workers or their workers career goals. They just use their workers to fill in on any random work that is needed.
Worst onboarding I have ever seen. I, along with many coworkers, quite literally had zero work for our first few months, and then seemingly random work from there on.
