Pros
There is a flexible start time to the work day as long as you work the hours required for the day. They also have a 9/80 work schedule you can use to get off every other Friday. The Taunton campas has a small on site gym and full cafeteria.
Cons
After giving upper management millions in bonuses, buying new companies, opened new satellite site, and putting in a lounge that is affectionately referred to as the “layoff lounge”. The company then claimed poor mouth and started doing very underhanded layoffs and stopped raises for the year. This is all on top of the long hours that you are basically forced to work while on travel for absolutely no extra pay and the time off that they took from everyone. The majority (there are very few exceptions) of management treats the work force like slave labor in order to make their numbers look better with no thought to the personal lives of the employees. Most employees are pigeon holed into the positions they are in with nearly no room to move up. The only employees that move up the food chain seem to be either related to someone in a much higher position or have their lips permanently stuck on their manager’s derriere. These same people get well rewarded with undeserved bonuses while everyone else does all the work and gets nothing for it. There are some people that are moved up because they are paid too much for the position they are in. Soon after that though it seems that they are laid off to cut over head and reduce payroll. This also leads to a lack of people with a high level of experience in most fields.
