General Dynamics name looks good on your resume even though you are truly working for Satcom Technologies which is a separate company run under its own policies and rules, but owned by General Dynamics. The site has some good employees that are good to work with, but there is also a large number of employees who will back stab and do anything they can to make their way to the top, which management seems to only encourage this kind of behavior.
