Toxic work culture/Never received my bonus - Senior Operations Analyst General Dynamics Information Technology Employee Review

I was promised a $5,000 bonus which I was supposed to receive within the first 60 days of employment. I was there for 5 months and never got it. I brought it up again during my exit interview and that's the time they offered to do something about it. The work culture was extremely toxic. The team I was on was afflicted with tension, gossip, and back stabbing. I did my best to stay neutral, but hearing about it day in and day out was a heavy burden to carry.
